Main branches
In botany, "palco" is equivalent to a main branch. The term is primarily used for herbaceous species to refer to a specific plant organ (e.g., first floral stage/cluster) or to indicate the timing within the vegetative cycle for a particular agronomic operation (e.g., performing a treatment at the fruit set of the fourth palco or pruning tomato suckers).
With the use of BioAksxter®, the plant’s vegetative and productive capacity remains consistently at its peak. Even when the lower main branches have matured, flowering, fruit set, and fruit development in the upper main branches occur regularly and without anomalies.
Thanks to its advanced formulation, even in initially compromised conditions (e.g., fatigued soils or nematode-infested fields), regular application throughout the crop cycle has resulted in 12-13 main branches per tomato plant, achieving record yields of up to 100 tons per hectare.
