Following new tests and evaluations carried out by the AXS M31 Research Department, which showed a higher incidence of diseases in the agricultural field (due to increased virulence, toxicity and invasiveness of pathogens, and other adversities such as problematic soil conditions, higher levels of pollution and worsening climatic and environmental conditions) the intervention levels with BioAksxter® M31 Viticulture in the first and entire year of cultivation are:

1st LEVEL OF INTERVENTION: CROPS WITHOUT DISEASES/PROBLEMS
standard dose: 4.5 litres per hectare per year

2nd LEVEL OF INTERVENTION: PREVENTION (in affected areas)
increased dose

3rd LEVEL OF INTERVENTION: REDUCTION (max. incidence 20%)
double dose

4th INTERVENTION LEVEL: REMEDIATION
triple dose

From the second year of application, based on technical evaluation, we progressively go back to level 1 (standard dose).

The technical evaluation also considers the cultivation conditions and agronomic objectives of the farm.

BioAksxter® M31 Viticulture should be used every 15 days from vegetative restart (crying of the vine/budding) until harvest + 1 pre-winter treatment. The pre-winter treatment is of basic importance to safeguard the vital capacity of the plant in the resting period when it is most vulnerable and to maintain maximum energy for sprouting.

Shake before use. Dilute in any volume of water and treat by root or foliar application according to instructions, by whatever means available and in whatever weather conditions. BioAksxter® is miscible with any other product and can be used at any phenological and cultivation stage, even during flowering and harvest. Doses higher than those indicated will never damage the vineyard.

When preparing the soil of new plants, carry out a treatment at least 15 days before transplanting.

Wetting the vine cuttings with 50 ml per hectolitre before planting further reduces transplant stress and promotes rooting.

Doses for surfaces less than one hectare
SURFACE TO BE TREATED COEFFICIENT
until 1.000 mq x 3
until 2.500 mq x 2,5
until 5.000 mq x 1,5
until 8.000 mq x 1,2

Proportion the dose per hectare to the surface to be treated and multiply by the coefficient.

  • The plant rebalance optimises the vegetative development and favour a greater productivity. The shoots are characterised by an excellent lignification and regular internodes. Moreover, the increase of buds' fertility and a better pollination reduces the phenomena of millerandage. The improved tissues elasticity reduces the damages from wind and mechanical operations, it facilitates shoots binding and reduces the berries cracks during the enlargement.
  • The increase in self-defence prevents and reduces both climate-sensitive diseases such as downy mildew and powdery mildew, and also more complex diseases such as golden flavescence and black wood. In particular, the use of BioAksxter® is crucial to avoid and control diseases such as botrytis during harvesting, when crop protection products with a long residual period can not be used.
  • The elimination of chemical and polluting residues from the soil and crop improves the content of sugars, acids, aromas and polyphenols, determining excellent grapes.
  • The enhanced resistance to climatic stresses reduces the damages caused by drought, acid or persistent rains, temperature shocks and frost; in case of hailstorms, it accelerates the plant healing and restores its vegetative functions.
  • The soil regeneration and revitalisation rebalance the microorganic fauna, restoring fertility, humification capacity and soil structure. The issues related to soil exhaustion are progressively solved and the vineyards appear homogeneous in terms of vegetative development and productivity. The young vines anticipate the first production.
