Crop lodging
Crop lodging is the phenomenon whereby the plant, as a result of the poor consistency of its green tissues, folds back to the ground. It is often a consequence of stem spinning or of rain and wind. Damage is caused by the inability to harvest the lanky plants (cereals) or by the onset of rot and rusts caused by contact with the soil.
BioAksxter® organic fertiliser strengthens the supporting structure of the plants (stems, stalks) and therefore the crops do not suffer this phenomenon.
