BioAksxter® and the New Regulation (EU) 2019/1009

Twenty years have passed, the baby has become miss and presents all its superiority, even in form. In fact, AXS M31 had already announced earlier this year its production transition, which has now been punctually completed. Compliance with the New European Regulation on the one hand, the revised product name (BIOAKSXTER® now in one word) and the new look from a graphic point of view on the other hand, return an "à la page" version.

What has the New Regulation (EU) 2019/1009, which from July 16th 2022 regulates community fertilizers, brought? As far as we are concerned, not much, except the heavy economic burden of compliance.

While the New Regulation on the one hand has solved the problems of free movement of all types of fertilizers in the EU, on the other hand it has opened the door to a huge amount of waste substances released in the form of organic nutrients. It is precisely for this reason that the use of BIOAKSXTER® formulations becomes essential, due to their depolluting action.

According to this new legislation, the user of BioAksxter® will be able to discover all the relevant variations on the new label, such as "It may be used in organic farming in accordance with current European legislation" instead of "ALLOWED IN ORGANIC AGRICULTURE," CE marking in plain view, and other indications.

In short, little changes to us in the sense that the compliance of BioAksxter® formulations, as with all fertilizers, concerns only the substances it contains (in our case, the valuable 2% Molybdenum). The greater preciousness remains the depolluting technology that characterizes this "STRAIGHT INORGANIC MICRONUTRIENT FERTILISER": the energy in liquid form, that is, the computerized hydro-compressed magnetic charges with capacities of 7.6 and 9.8 GW/mm3 with which the crops are treated. “Preciousness” not only because of the economic value of the charges (multiply by the kW energy cost, if the calculator holds zeros. 1 GW= 1 million kW) but because of the value of the results achieved: regeneration of soils and plants, amazing production results, and the future of agricultural entrepreneurship.

Of this property (which is exclusive to the technological innovation that distinguishes BioAksxter® formulations) we want to highlight, instead of the updating of the regulations limited to the substances, the continuous (daily) updating of the energy capacity, always perfectly in line with the environmental parameters. This is because to do agriculture today, it is necessary to look at the environment (and not only at one's own field) that is, the land, but also the water and the air from which every type of cultivation draws life.
