Achieving better agricultural results while reducing production costs

Dedicated to all farms that wish to reduce production costs without compromising quality and yield.

In recent years, many agricultural businesses have attempted to cut production costs by resorting to inexpensive solutions. However, choosing to use waste materials or by-products and adopting risky agronomic practices has impoverished the soil and disrupted crop balance, increasing problems and, consequently, costs. For those farming with BioAksxter®, the opposite is true.

Using BioAksxter® in viticulture leads to a significant reduction in pruning and canopy management costs:

  • With the plant’s improved balance, shoots have a uniform diameter, are more elastic, and the wood fully matures. This allows workers to quickly identify the fruiting cane without having to check its actual quality and resistance to bending.
  • Increased fertility allows for the same yield with fewer buds, reducing the time and cost of tying and leaf thinning.

With BioAksxter® in horticulture, the greatest cost reductions are in soil management, harvesting, and processing of agricultural products:

  • Maintaining soil fertility and resolving exhaustion problems eliminate the need for forced fallow periods, green manure, and moving cultivation to virgin land. Additionally, crop residues can be incorporated on-site instead of being removed, reintegrating organic matter of different types.
  • Extremely low waste percentages make harvesting much faster, preventing workers from wasting time on sorting and (in the case of leafy vegetables) removing non-commercial leaves.
  • The greater mechanical resistance of the agricultural product and the uniformity of the harvest facilitate processing and packaging.

The use of BioAksxter® in cereal farming allows for a significant reduction in irrigation and soil preparation costs because:

  • Increased water retention capacity reduces the number of irrigations needed.
  • Improved soil structure and oxygenation eliminate the need for high-powered plowing, harrowing, and deep tillage. Consequently, fuel savings, reduced machinery wear, and fewer working hours are achieved.

In fruit growing, cost reduction primarily concerns the longer lifespan of orchards and reduced labor needs, as:

  • Expensive plant replacements due to diseases or plant die-off are avoided, and the greater longevity of the orchard allows for postponing crop renewals.
  • Increased fruit size, uniformity in color and size, and extremely low waste percentages eliminate costly sorting and long harvesting operations.

The use of BioAksxter® in nursery production reduces the number of grafts and the expenses for forcing:

  • Increased yield percentages allow for obtaining the same number of plants with fewer cuttings and grafts.
  • Treating grafting material before and during storage increases its vitality, reducing failed engraftment.
  • Water forcing shortens processing times, reduces costs for purchasing sawdust or other substrates, and, most importantly, eliminates the need to dispose of the remaining water as special waste.

The recommendation for achieving the best agricultural results and reducing production costs is, therefore, to use BioAksxter® regularly throughout the production cycle. This way, yields will increase, waste will decrease, and problems will be minimized.
